We collect your legal name, institutional email, province, college registration number, specialty and stage. We use them for one purpose: to confirm you are a licensed Canadian physician or resident before you join.

Your details are stored in Canada. One person reviews them: the founder. They are never shown on the forum. Members post under an anonymous tag such as ON · FM · PGY3.

If you arrived from an ad we tell Meta that an application happened once you confirm your email. Meta receives a hashed version of your email address and the technical details of your visit. Never your name or registration number.

If we decline your application we delete your details within 30 days. If you join we keep them while you are a member. Email privacy@mdcareers.ca to ask what we hold or to have it removed.
